Tulipdesk started in 2021 as an internal tool at a small logistics company near Rotterdam. Three people were sharing one support mailbox, answering the same customer twice and losing track of who promised what. We built a queue with owners and internal notes, and the mess stopped.
Today we are a team of eleven in Amsterdam, and a few thousand small teams run their customer conversations on Tulipdesk — repair shops, online stores, accountants, a bicycle rental company and one very organised beekeeper.
We are self-funded, so our roadmap answers to customers rather than investors. Support is handled by the people who write the software; every engineer spends a few hours a week in the shared inbox.
All customer data is stored on servers in the European Union. Backups are encrypted at rest and never leave the region. We do not sell data or run third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Written questions travel best: hello@tulipdesk.example. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.
